Future Meeting Programs
October Meeting program
- Since Hope CC has discontinued outside groups from using their facilities on Monday nights, we are moving to Tuesday night October 13.
- Snow Leopard – Since Francis Shepherd can't be there on Tuesday, Oct 13, we will pass on the preso
- Discuss with the group about the change - either to 2nd Tuesday night at HCC or another place on 2nd Monday night.
- Allen will do a preso on creating a movie with an iPhone 3G s & iMovie 9.
- He will take video with the iPhone at meeting & use pre-recorded video.
- We will also raffle an iPod nano.
- Tickets will be $3 each or 2 for $5.
- We'll buy the iPod at the meeting (with TMUG credit card) so winner can get choice of color & option to engrave.
- We will get an 8 GB for $150.
- If we sell ~$180 worth, we will get a 16 GB.
November Meeting program:
- How to make photo gift books, calendars, cd's, etc with iPhoto.
- presenter TBA.
- this will be good for making personal Christmas presents.

Treasury & Membership Reports
- Members in good standing:, with renewals due, in grace, & recently expired.
- There were 44 in attendance at the September meeting – 41 members & 3 visitors; 2 joined & 5 renewed at the meeting.
- Cash in Wachovia checking account: $4,233.81 excluding 1 uncleared check ($56.99), 1 membership to be deposited ($35) & $100 in petty cash.

Old Business
- Allen wants to use the mailing labels to send out "We missed you at the last meeting" to encourage more participation from our membership.
- Recommended by Smythe or Allen to ask the members what they want to see raffled and what price for tickets.

- [from Oct - ] Stefan has talked with MacHighway. One of the issues is that they don't use a Postfix email / Cyrus for IMAP system. (no new info)
